A pioneering pilot project uniting five community partners: state, county, city, local church, and Northwest Coastal Housing. The development features 12 tiny homes - six long-term and six transitional units - serving individuals under 80% area median income. Priority placement for wildfire and disaster recovery individuals, with secondary preference for Lincoln City's homeless population. Integrated services are provided through the nearby shelter.

Developed through a ground lease partnership with the City of Toledo, this property addresses critical regional housing needs. Groundbreaking is anticipated between April and June 2025, with construction completion expected in 2026. Represents Northwest Coastal Housing's commitment to expanding affordable housing throughout Oregon's coast.
