Blackberry Hill Apartments features 11 units of veteran housing, including 3 permanent supportive housing units. The property will target veterans and houseless veterans at <80% AMI. The units will be managed by Pinehurst Management, Inc. Resident services will be provided by CSC - 2022-2023.

Coastal Phoenix Rising (CPR) is a 37-unit low-barrier Emergency Transitional Shelter with Navigation services funded by the Project Turnkey 1.0 funds awarded through the Oregon Community Foundation. NWCH provides Emergency Transitional Shelter to those referred by agency partners. The Shelter serves with a Navigation Team, 24/7 staffing, and independent units where individuals are treated with dignity and compassion. These serv­ices help give houseless individuals/families opportunities to im­prove their standard of living and their quality of life. These services include coordination of health and nutrition, case management, employment assistance, social service re­ferrals, conflict resolution, etc. Dogs welcome! The Ridge is an 80 Unit Complex. We have an on-site Resident Services Coordinator, a service offered to help reduce barriers to home stabilization, thus reducing homelessness and increasing home ownership. The housing we provide at this site is offered to those at 50-60% of the Area Median Income, depending on the unit availability. This property has 2 and 3-bedroom units.
