After nearly a decade in real estate and residential home construction, Taylor joined NWCH at the start of 2024. She received both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and MBA from Pacific Lutheran University, before relocating to Oregon to pursue a DBA at George Fox University. When in Washington, she worked as an Associate Account Manager for the largest market research firm in the country, partaking in UX testing and SPA within Salesforce.com.
Taylor held various B2B positions with diverse organizations before finding the industry that would become her passion: Affordable Housing. With dedication and grit, she chose her qualitative dissertation examining female leadership in the construction industry using transformative learning theory with an appreciative inquiry lens.
She lives with her family in the middle of Lincoln City on the west side of Devil’s Lake, and has had the privilege of learning and loving the community. While working for a local builder and as acting president for her homeowner’s association, Taylor gained years of experience with the city and county understanding title and escrow, planning, building, public works and permitting, meeting leaders and small business owners. In helping NWCH help others, Taylor has found a most rewarding career. She is a NAWIC member and currently working towards AMS and CHAM certification. Welcome Taylor!
