NW Coastal Housing will be hosting The Ridge Apartments “Ridge Rehab Ribbon Cutting”. The event is at 3340 SE Harbor Drive in Lincoln City on October 5th, 2018 between 3:30 and 5:00 p.m. This is a celebration of the completion of the exterior repairs of the 22 year old property in dire need of a rehab. Paid for through a HUD Refinance, the 80 unit property underwent a much needed face lift replacing 20 year old failed vinyl siding, windows, dry rotted decks, exterior back doors and much more.
We are grateful to the contractors, both local and out of the area, that helped us reach the finish line.
