It is with great appreciation Northwest Coastal Housing (NWCH) has received an award of $250,000 from Meyer Memorial Trust towards the development of the Blackberry Hill Apartments, Veteran/Workforce Housing complex in Toledo Oregon. The property should break ground in April of 2021 and will be completed by the end of the year. This award helps fill gaps in funding for this development.
