Greetings Ridge Residents:
Although Spring seems and eternity away, it’s never too early to begin thinking and preparing for our terrific growing season here in the Pacific Northwest. Several of you have brought your interest regarding the greenhouse and garden to Resident Services.
Our greenhouse was awarded to The Ridge through three different grants totaling $5000.00 combined with a $1400.00 donation. It features potting and canning shelves, vine hooks, double Dutch doors and was hand crafted by a local artisan from cedar wood. The greenhouse and garden were created to provide fresh, and many times expensive, vegetables, fruits and herbs for the health and well-being of our community’s residents.
